Caller: Amazon Called to cancel Amazon account. Have a refund of too much. Wanted coles gift cards to return excess $$$. Spoke Indian in background. Threatened to cut off my card if I didn’t refund. Very rude. Spoke to 5 different people. Dismissed my concerns.
