When I answered, an automated message said, "Your NBN connection will be disconnected within 24 hours, press 1 to talk to our technician."
I don't have an internet connection (I hoptspot my phone).

Claim to be from Telstra NBN or bank account suspended - how come these ring landline and mobile numbers that are registered with "Do not call register"? Surely somehting can be done to stop these scammers getting details of numbers.
