Didn't Answer Call, Rang Back Due to PH Rang Next Day, Phone Number Doesn't Exist. They Rang a Government Phone. Number Blocked.

Recorded message obvs scam, asked ‘do I mkae own purchase’ answeared ‘yes I’m an adult’ click hangs up.

A recorded English male voice, purporting to be from 'your internet provider', unnamed. Saying they had 'tried to call you a number of times, but would be now disconnecting'.
I myself then hung up.

I answered, said nothing and waited. Call clicked off. I suspect SCAM
