Female with an Indian accent in a call centre claimed to be calling from Telstra “technical department”. We’re not Telstra customers and when told I didn’t believe her she hung up.

Caller: Telstra Said they were calling because I had internet issues. When I said was it okay to record the call they said 'Yes as they were recording as well'. Caller then disconnected
