Caller said she is from my NBN provider and they can see suspicious activity on my account and that my phone has been hacked. Told me to follow steps with her on my phone to help me see what has happening but I refused.

Scammers I will soon block but they forgot to hang up so my phone is muted and on charge. They can’t use that phone until they realise lol. It’s been 3 hours so far
