Claimed to be Telstra contacting me about slow internet speed. I don't have broadband, nor Telstra in any form. Dodgy connection and obviously someone with English as a second language reading from a scam script.

Wanted to know if I had slow internet, when I asked put me through to your team lead, she said no. I then told her to stay on the line while we trace it and she hung up on me.

Scam relating to Telstra/NBN - sounded like a female operator out of the sub continent. She terminated the call after I questioned her validity.

Caller: Recorded message purportedly from Ebay.

Scam message from EBay re a $299 debit to my credit card. Called the number back but Optus advised disconnected. Other numbers from apparent same scam received over the past few weeks from 0420 040 104, 0420 040 201, 0420 040 080, 0420 040 708, 0420 040 306, 0420 040 190, 0420 040 529, 0420 040 782, 0420 040 169, 0420 040 100, 0420 040 352.
