I picked up the call, no voice on the other end and then hung up after 5 secs. Tried to call number back and Optus said the number was invalid ?

Telstra Technical Department asking about my internet speed. I believe this to be a scam. Said it was working within contractual parameters. Scam caller said they will contact me with more issues regarding internet..?? Hmm Not suss at all.. Lol
