SMS Addressed me by name and supplied four digit security code for ?????

My name is not Fiona and I don't have any debt. I didn't click on the Link to opt out, I suspect that may have been a big mistake

Sent me a text saying "Please check your emails". No further information from them.

told me my NAB account had been blocked. It gave a web address to lift the restrictions!

Sent an empty message

Advised me the security code for my home alarm. What is going on??
