Knew my name, said they were calling from the “Visa and Mastercard department”, asked if I authorised someone (I didn’t catch the name) charging $800 to my card, asked me who was accessing my online banking, I said they told me it was happening then they hung up. Female voice, not an Australian accent, slight delay with call connection. Scam obviously
