Tried to call back and it said the number was disconnected. So must be spoofing an old disconnected number. Believe it's a scam phone line trying to validate phone numbers generated through an algoritm, in order to target those numbers in the future.

Scam - Automated message plays claiming Border Force has intercepted a parcel of illegal substances addressed to me. Instruction is to press 1 to talk to an officer.
