Caller: Visa and Mastercard Department Michael Williams calling about $800 charge for a New Zealand Medical Donation and wanted to confirm details. Caller was very obviously not a "Michael Williams" and also had a very big loud yawn before asking "was it you". He hung up when I asked what the last 4 digits of the card number were that charge was listed against (hahahaha).
