WARNING! There is something very suspicious about this caller. It appears they've been randomly sending text to people pretending to be from various businesses. In my case they sent me a message claiming to be a service centre for a car and stated that my car was booked in for service. But according to the other comments here they've also pretended to be a hospital surgery and another person received a text claiming to be from a Dentist clinic.

Scam - re bone density testing

Message reads "Shift available today. Please reply YES if you are able to accept. Not replying means NO. Sent using TriOnline Roster"

No idea why I have received the message, twice this morning!

Messaged regarding my child's absence from school today. My child WAS absent today but the text didn't come thru till after 4pm ( office closes 4pm ) 🤨surely not targeting us thru our schools......

Text message was about a four digit code or something. Quite strange.

Spam or fraudulent - maybe both.

Caller: Text from a pawnbroker?

“Thanks for using our buyback service” with a medallia survey link?

I got a message from another number about a surgery from Northern Beaches Hospital which was sent to the wrong number (me) so I told them it was wrong and got a reply from this number saying "thanks for letting them know". So I assume this number is of some doctor or admin staff at this hospital.

Just showed up on my call list.

suspect scam text message offering "an extra government payment in response to coronavirus" and a non-existent url starting - https://COVID-au.info/

This number sent me the following text (it is a real dentist, but that is not his advertised number)
