He claimed to be from a NBN security company and that they had been receiving messages that my router is exposed to hacking and asked me what colour the lights on the router were. When I asked what colour should they be he insisted no I needed to tell him what colour they were. I was confused why that mattered and I insisted he tell me what colour they should be then he told me to f&*k off! and disconnected.
