Caller: Commonwealth Bank Indian call centre. Said his name was Jordan from Commonwealth Bank and wanted to verify a transaction of $499 on the Smart Access account. When queried what the account number was for the transaction he was unable to provide. Caller hung up when told to fix his scam game with legitimate BSBs and Account Numbers.
