Guy called Richard James Cookson (stonemason, also dodgy flipper of properties) spoofs other people's mobile numbers and calls people who have objected to his vile behaviour, so as to harass and intimidate them. His wife Karsha Cookson (a gold digger with a typing certificate as a qualification) is also an accessory to this. Report them to police.
