This is about the fourth time this has happened.

Calling about solar rebate program

A woman with a extremely thick accent called at 3.06pm,.I could hardly understand her,She just kept on repeating what sounded like "Hello,my name is Sara"about 3 or 4 times.When I said for heavens sake,where are you calling from & what do you want She repeated it 2 times more & said I am calling about the federal government.So I cut her off & just said P off,go away & hung up.I do not believe someone with such such an absolutely shocking command of the English language would be calling me on a mobile phone & be working for a government department. & not get to the point when ask who they are & why they are calling.Strongly suspect to either be a scam or telemarketing -even though I am on the Do not call list.

I asked if she was aware this number was on "Do Not Call" register. She hung up.

I answered hello.
A long pause and then "goodbye" (female recorded voice) and hung up.

Lots of background noise. Difficult to hear clearly. Said his name was Steven Williams from Clean Power and said its not a scam dear. Became exasperated when I asked him to repeat the details including his phone number. Hung up on me.

Silence and then what sounded like a recorded woman’s voice saying ‘Goodbye’. Has happened before too.

Claimed to be from Australian Wind Solutions (I think) in Melbourne, but dreadful accent. She hung up in the end. I'm meant to be on the do-not-call register... obviously whoever this is just ignores that.

Caller: Goverment call

She was telling me about the Goverment doing a free rebate and i told her i didnt want to listen so i said blah blah blah blah and she hanged up lol
