Claiming to be my local police district followed by numerous private number calls

Text message after phone call to pass on message to neighbour. Don’t know person or how they know where I live.

Appeared to be a feedback survey following a visit to cash converters. I don't do surveys so didn’t respond. And I don’t answer unknown unexpected calls/messages.
