Do not spend your money with this company ,I spent 7800$ and big regrets , from first day when install my ducted aircon Samsung have problems when I start have some smell smoke wich after 1 week disappeare but the big issue doesn't really push air cold, anyway take 3 week 1 guy to come and check after the guy check like 1 hour outside and also in the roof say nothing wrong all good. Anyway he left after 2 days just start leaking water from my ceiling on light spots, I go in the roof to check what's happening and all ceiling was water the guy probably take off the hose from aircon and he forgot to put back and all the water go on the ceiling wich now will need probably replace gyprok job insurance I believe another 1 week for me holiday..! I try to ring but this company doesn't have call centre and also no customer service after they charge you they don't care abt your aircon...! Never recommend this company...
