Bit concerned as caller sounded upset. I asked who he was and he just said "don't you know who I am" and sounded upset when I said I didn't know who he was. I said I was having difficulty understanding him and would call him back. I tried to call back but call went to text message. He may have said he was Bill but the dialogue was indistinct.
