Called about I car accident I recently had ... was a scam call, knew my first and last name
Got angry when I said
What accident, no wrong person
Kept repeating my name this is you yes

Tried to ring them back twice and had no ring on the call. The person that did ring just hung up on the message!!

Called about a car accident that I'd recently had. I've never had a car accident. Insurance scam.

Answered a call from this number, was a poor English speaking male who muttered something I could not understand and thenthey hung up.

Left no message. Call back and get disconnect straight way. This seems like a call from spammer or from a auto machine to check if your phone is still valid (They normally do this methos of calling if your phone number used for business).
