Caller: Foreign speaking person saying his name is 'Michael'

He asked if he was speaking to (my name - which was correct) I did not confirm it
He then stated he had fix my computer last year 'remember?' (a lie)
Ive had many calls with same diatribe but from different numbers
I told him I was reporting him / stop calling and hung up
