Female voice, obviously on a recording. Lots of background noise & she spoke very quickly so hard to hear/make out exactly what she was saying. It was something about Border Security, a parcel being intercepted & that a warrant being issued for my arrest, then said for me to speak to an inspector I needed to "press 1 now". At no point during the call was my name mentioned. I took this to be a hoax/scam call & just hung up at the end of her message, without following any instructed prompts.
