Said we were having issues with suspicious files coming down to my PC's - wanted to get access to my PC's - I said we were covered by Virus Checkers and she would not be getting access to my PC's - she got agro with me and started yelling - I said are you listening to me several times and she told me to shut up ..... then hung up
