Guy knows my surname, saying he is from Commonwealth Bank. I told him that I don't have an account with said bank, and he hung up. Scammer alert!

Claimed by voice msg they are from Amazon Prime. I didn't answer. It's scam.

Called and left no voicemail, fits the scammer profile.

Recorded message telling me my Amazon account (which I don’t have) is going to be renewed and a sun of money deducted from my account unless I press 1. Obviously I hung up.

Also claimed they are from "Amazon Prime" and ask me to download an app to cancel account otherwise will be debited $99 for the year of subscription. I don't have an amazon prime account active. Scam alert.
