In a somewhat robotic albeit australian voice, started accusing me of using his wifi, when I claimed that wasn't true said something along the lines of "well how come I can see your browsing history, I got your phone number from your IP address you left". Hung up and he hasn't called back, suspect it's some type of scam trying to record your voice for various devious purposes.
