Has been leaving missed calls (without any ringing) and a caller message with a link attached. It says that you have to download their app if you want to hear the message. I have also been called with the exact same message with different phone numbers 0418 964 562) and 0409 558 508), seems sketchy. Do not download apparent 'special' app!
