Caller: Said his name was Gavin from Meribek Council Asked if I lived at an address that my dog was registered under. Said there was a dog barking complaint made against my dog at the address. When I told him my dog doesn’t bark he apologised and told me there was an error when the complaint was made and they typed in my street number & address but the wrong suburb. The call seemed a bit Suss. Number he called was also a mobile number not a council number or private number. Will be calling the council to verify if the number is one of there’s or not.
