They told me they were Commonwealth Bank fraud and security and picked up an unauthorised transaction for $800 in California did I want to cancel it. I strung them along, they got me to check my IP address and then asked me to install Zoho Assist app which can be used for remote desktopping. I told them I was installing Candy Crush, and that I didnt even have a Commonwealth Bank account so it was really concerning. They hung up.
