Posted on May 19, 2022 Caller type: Scam call Location: Australia
Caller: "Adam Smith" from "the Telstra Company" Noise call centre style background noise, and had an accent. Advised there are issues with telstra internet and needed to check my internet connection. I advised I dont have a telstra account, and I was told that doesn't matter all providers use telstra, and need to check issues with my connection, to which I replied, ahhh I don't even have internet in my home and they hung up immediately.
