Called and said because I am a vodafone customer I'll be getting 50% off my bill for the next 6 months. Alongside being eligible to recieve a new iPhone.

Said confirmation letter would be delivered next day.
The delivery address was in Dural, not my address.

Long conversation. Hung up after they tried to obtain further personal details.
Complete scam and attempt of identity fraud.

Caller: Same number

Same indian lady, not sure how she manage to track all my details because i always use my fake name.
She manage to know my real name!! Also the email she sent is flawless

An Indian woman (I believe) called claiming to be from Vodafone offering 40% discount on my plan (which she knew the amount I was already paying somehow) for the next 12 months then went on to say I could also get 40% off a phone aswell
She sent numerous codes to which I had to repeat back to her then transferred me to a (so called another department, sales I think it was)
I then spoke to a man of Indian descent who talked me into an iPhone (after alot of long holds also)
Even tho I never disclosed any bank details or clicked on any links my suspisions got the better of me and I looked into it further, 💯% SCAM. Don't fall victim like I did

Sent a iPhone 14 order txt message with a Toongabbie NSW delivery address and requested that I advise the code in the text message to confirm the discount.
I refused.

After a long discussion, caller hung up.
