Caller: Call Centre from Eastern India by the accent (not being racist, just descriptive as to who called me)

Claim to be from Commonwealth Bank of 'somewhere' and said that 'this is the security department of Commonwealth Bank and we wanted to check to see if you authorised a cash money transfer to the United States early in the morning (broken English), He then wanted me to download a share screen app and enter a code, yadda, yadda, yadda... I asked him his name and he said David Hermes and than I asked him what bank he was referring and to tell me 'my name' to which he said he could not give out personal details. Yea right, whatever! These f*cking bastards have no morals. Best advice is to ask them their name and contact details and then Google before calling YOUR branch to verify. NEVER download anything that someone is requesting you to do. A financial institution would never ask this of you.
