Similar story ... highly confident that it's a scam. My toll account payment details are current, with auto-deduction and auto-recharge features.

Think it’s a scam…Tollway reminder, told me a toll remains unpaid but didn’t tell me which Toll company, also I didn’t use a toll on that specific date. So thinking scam, the toll company will usually send a physical letter.
