Caller: posed as NBN Starts by asking you to check you phone upload/download speed and says it is very slow and they are planning to upgrade for free. He set a date and time for someone to come to your house to do the upgrade. They they want access to your phone by asking you to download "anydesk" app and to give you a token code. Don't do it. I believe it is a scam.
