Caller: Claimed to be Commonwealth Bank SCAM - told me that they'd stopped an $800 transaction in my account this morning....but failed to ID me before discussing the details with me. I asked him why he hasn't done the necessary checks to ID me then he hung up after I told him he was in breach of Australian Regulations......filthy scumbag
