They were congratulating me on an eBay purchase. I have never used eBay in my life. I immediately hung up as I have had similar calls (claiming they were Amazon) ..also commenting on a previous purchase (that was never made ) then once I'd mentioned I hadn't purchased anything they wanted me to download security apps and enter personal details. Luckily I didn't and hung up and blocked the number. I later discovered that it's a scam to hack accounts. I've since reported them but it's very unlikely they'll be caught
Do not give any details or download anything to numbers you don't know.
If things sound wrong then they usually are . Hang up and try to call back...you probably won't be able to
