Caller: Automated from fake Telstra Computerised voice of Chinese origin claiming to be Telstra and that 'my account' would be out of range soon (I don't have a Telstra account). Choices of numbers for "pay outstanding bill" and "say again in Chinese".
Not registered anywhere so I blocked.
