To appear legitimate, they share reserved or “on-hold” flight bookings—complete with PNR/reference numbers that can be checked on official airline websites. This indicates they may have access to GDS (Global Distribution System) tools or other booking platforms used by travel agencies.

They request payment to a bank account under the name Best Fly Travel. However, most Australian banks do not verify the account name during transfers, and payments made via OSKO are processed instantly if the BSB and account number match.

Once payment is made:

Deepak claims the money has not been received.

The ticket is either canceled or was never confirmed.

The company phone becomes unreachable, leaving the victim with no way to recover the funds.

Their website (https://bestflytravel.com.au/) is used to create a false sense of legitimacy.

They are looting every one and the bloody Australian police , and banks ,ACCC,Fair trading etc not doing anything about to help. The government looks like are the part of the gang specially the ass end of the Europeans controlling the government offices. We are stuck.
He said his company name is Bestflytravel quoted $305 one way ticket from Sydney to Trivandrum and told me to pay the amount to my company's account details. He have me his ABN number and account details of Ing bank and didn't give me ticket. He said the money has not arrived his account it will take 24 hrs. Next day I rang and he said he is checking and will come back to me but he didn't. Then he stopped answering my calls. I reported to my bank and reported to the Police as fraud and they gave me an event number but I haven't heard from them till 17 days. I don't know how to get my money back as banks are not doing anything and AFCA tells me to contact bank and ACCC doesn't answer the calls.

They make you pay to a bank account and the. Cal you back saying their account is maxed out and you have to ask your bank to recall the money stating you made a mistake. And then they never respond. Absolute filth scammers
