Trying to sell something - didn't stick around long enough to find out what, just hung up.

irritating, accent so strong I cannot catch a word.

Asked about solar and if have any, informed im remting and this my 20th call, said good day and hung up, went to return call straight away, number is disconnected!!
How do they get away with this 🤦🏻‍♂️
