A woman claiming to be from Telstra HQ. I smelled BS as I don't have a telstra account but strung her along for a bit. She had an answer for everything: Telstra provides all network access, I need to protect my internet from scammers and I can't use my computer until she fixes the wifi or I'll get hacked, etc. I asked her (repeatedly) for the HQ number to call her back on and she kept ignoring the question so I hung up. Scam scam scam
