Caller: I don't know Text said "Warm tips! Your shipment has been suspended. The house number was wrong because of the address. Please update (https://lihi3.cc/EoUxb) and resend" I haven't ordered anything recently so I believe this is yet another SCAM.

Text msg starting with “Warm Tip”. Goes on to advise house number is wrong so shipment is suspended. Gives a link to a website to update “https://lihi3.cc/wW2zq” . Suspicious looking website, no iD given and I do have anything on order to be delivered. Number blocked.
