Caller: VISA Banking services lady with heavy asian accent rang, I assume overseas as there was a delay in our conversation. She asked if I had just authorised payment to 'insert business name'. I asked from which bank as I use a couple. she didn't answer. I thought it might be legit as I had just tried about 6 times to pay by card, kept bouncing. but business names didn't match. I started explaining all this, there was silence and I then noted she'd hung up, or we were disconnected. She didn't ring back, so I assume a scam.
