Caller: Supposedly someone called Jamie Scout Merchants don't send any goods to this person who uses this phone number. They will charge back on their credit card (after signing for the goods at their address) and somehow win. They got away with $600+ of our goods and commonwealth bank let them get away with credit card fraud by returning our money to them.
