If I could give 0 stars, I would.
We had a very disappointing experience with Steve. We contacted him to repair the stone in our kitchen rental. He sent a quote via text message, and when we requested a formal written quote with company details, ABN number, and terms and conditions, he simply replied, “use text.” We followed his instruction and passed the information on to the rental provider.

Later, our real estate agent informed us that Steve quoted a much higher price than he had initially given us. I called Steve to politely ask about the discrepancy and explain that providing a proper written quote could have avoided the confusion and wasted time. Instead of a professional conversation, I was met with rudeness.

Save yourself the hassle and call someone who actually values customer service. After looking further into this company, we discovered they have operated under several different business names — a walking red flag.

Totally devastated are Steve repaired our Caesarstone. He has left it more damaged than what it. Not returning phone call or emails.
Totally, Totally Devastated.
