foreign woman with a hard to understand accent called claiming she is from Telstra and that I am 'elegible' for 30% discount. She would send me a text message with a pin number and when I gave her the number she would verify who I was. she had no idea who I was so I told her I wasn't interested in her scam and hung up. Telstra always knows who they are speaking too and get your DOB as the only ID they need.

Same as last complaint, frauded to the sum of 4 figures

a woman claiming to be from Teltra, persistently calling me and 'claiming' that I also am eligible for the 30% discount and will receive a veryfying code via text to confirm. She also asked for more information on me (which I did not give), then I told her I wasn't interested in her 'deal' and asked her NOT to call my number anymore. I had to block her as she rang again!

Experienced same as above

I answered the phone and there was only silence on the other end for 10 seconds. Then the call was disconnected. I tried calling back and the calls wouldn't go through. Seems like they were testing if my phone number was still active and I will now receive a bunch more spam calls. Have blocked the number.
