Caller: Amazon prime premium A woman with an Indian accent called telling me that I had subscribed to the premium account and will be charged $39.99 next month. Asked if I wanted to keep or cancel. I wished to cancel and was guided to download “Anydesk Remote Desktop” I wasn’t comfortable with doing that and asked questions as to how I was paying, what card number- last 4 digits etc. she wouldn’t tell me. I mentioned I will let the account go through and wanted a number and website to follow this up to cancel later. She wasn’t authorised to give me a website and eventually she hung up. I will keep an eye out for any charges to see if she was legit. There were people in the background on the call

that can't possibly be legit....companies such as Amazon wouldn't have a team of people phoning to give an option to cancel their higher-paid service.
