Caller: Automated call Automated call about internet and landline being cut off. If I wanted to keep my internet and landline to wait to be connected to a representative. On redial connected an obvious call centre and was asked by “Sam” what I wanted. No request for details to confirm my name or address. Then proceeds to tell me that illegal things have been done from my internet by other people. Asked for the address of the connection point and what he stated to rattle off, wasn’t even close.
