Caller has an Indian accent and claimed he is calling from Telstra. He said Telstra noticed my NBN performance is poor lately. He wanted to ask me some security questions. Told him I don't think Telstra has time to monitor individual customer's internet speed and performance. If I have issues I will call Telstra, no need for Telstra to call me so he hang up.
