Caller: Amazon Prime Robot spoke and advised me that my Amazon Prime is due for renewal of $99 dollars and to press 1 if I would like help doing this. Load of bs as my prime account is up to date and does not cost anywhere near that amount. Be careful with this number do not get caught out.
