Caller: Michael Scammer pretending to a Telstra technician. Called himself Michael - Told me I had a problem with my internet. When I challenged him, he said he could see my internet on his server. Told him I didn’t believe him and he hung up. I rang the number back and it was not taking incoming phone calls - now blocked. I then reported it to Telstra via webform. I was contacted by Telstra and they confirmed it was not a Telstra technician,
Be aware as this type of scam can give them access to your computer and they can access your financial information etc.
