Location: Australia
Caller (with call center background noise) asked if I "have solar". Then asked if both electric and water.
They ended call after reply yes to both.
Nuisance callers trying to profit from government rebates.

Same as previous poster - call centre background noise and heavily accented female voice wanting to know if I "have solar". Totally unsolicited - I have had similar calls from other numbers over recent weeks. I ask who is calling, and they give a person's name, but no company details. As far as I'm concerned, whether or not I have solar is none of their business! I hung up and am blocking the number now.
